“…the young couple were said to be fine upstanding people both of strong minds and constitution. Yet, two weeks after moving into their new home both Mr and Mrs Macarino were committed to Arkham Asylum. Has the infamous Corbitt house claimed two more victims?”
You have been hired by a local real estate agent who desires someone to investigate a so-called haunted house on his portfolio. With all manner of wild and unsubstantiated stories circulating about the property, the agent is having difficulty in selling the house. Your job is to investigate and debunk these wild stories and give the property a clean bill of health, so to speak.

DON’T bother with version 1.0 – it’s pretty far off from being done. Paragraphs need a rework, there are cards missing, the extra board doesn’t actually serve any purpose.. Hope this gets the touch-ups it deserves since effort has clearly been put into it.

At the risk of being accused of hijacking the thread…
Noted comments that mention the board serves no purpose in the casebook. I can’t comment on this since I still haven’t tried out this casebook version of my Haunted House mini expansion (AH has unfortunately been gathering dust on the shelf for several months), but if you want to see how the board works with the original expansion here’s a link to the required files:
